Kitamagome Apartment

This is a four-story reinforced concrete apartment building located in Kita-Magome. The facade is finished with exposed concrete, but the subtle differences in the height of the beams and walls give it a refined and elegant impression. In today's world, where rising costs and limited choices of building materials continue, this is a good example of how small ideas can have a big impact. Creating a beautiful exterior that contributes to the streetscape and landscape is a fundamental role of architecture, and we are confident that this building, even though it is a rental property, will be loved by people. Furthermore, by expressing the beam structure as exposed concrete inside as well, a sense of unity is created in the design. At the same time, beams, which would normally obstruct the space, become accents, creating a unique and individual space.
